Does Çakıroğlu only supply wholesale customers?
Our primary model is corporate and wholesale B2B supply. Sample, standard packaging and industrial-volume requirements are evaluated for product and commercial suitability.
Why are product prices not displayed?
Wholesale price depends on the product, requested volume, packaging, delivery destination and current production conditions. Price, minimum order and lead time are therefore confirmed during quotation.
Can I request a sample?
You can select Sample on the product page and build a quote cart. Sample availability and shipping terms are confirmed by the sales team.
Can you produce oil from a different botanical material?
Botanical raw materials can be evaluated by the production team. Material form, estimated volume, suitable production method and commercial scale are reviewed together; every request is subject to technical and commercial approval.
Which product groups are available?
The catalogue includes essential oils, cold-pressed botanical oils and aromatic plant waters. Current active products are listed on the Products page.
Do you provide English support and international supply?
The website is available in Turkish and English. International B2B requests are evaluated by destination country, product, volume and document requirements.
What is your quality approach?
Çakıroğlu states that it applies ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management and holds Halal certification. It also states that ISO 22000:2005 Food Safety and ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management standards guide production.
How does the quotation process work?
Add product, packaging and quantity details to the quote cart and share your company and destination information. The request is recorded and forwarded to the sales team through WhatsApp, where current commercial terms are confirmed.
