Information we collect
A quote request may include company name, contact person, delivery city or country, request notes and selected products. Limited technical request and rate-limit information may be used for form security.
Purposes and legal bases
Information is processed to prepare a B2B quotation and take pre-contract steps, respond to the request, clarify product and delivery terms, comply with legal obligations, and pursue legitimate interests in security and abuse prevention under Articles 5 and, where relevant, 6 of Turkish Law No. 6698. Optional analytics and advertising rely on consent where required. Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, the corresponding bases include pre-contract steps, legal obligation, legitimate interests and consent.
Campaign attribution
When you grant advertising consent, UTM parameters and campaign identifiers such as gclid, gbraid, wbraid and fbclid may be stored for the session and associated with the quote record. Without consent, this information is not persisted for campaign attribution.
Retention and security
Quote records are held in access-restricted storage for as long as necessary to manage the commercial request and applicable obligations. Absolute security over internet transmission cannot be guaranteed, but access limitation and data minimisation are applied.
Recipients and international transfers
Information may be shared as necessary with authorised teams and hosting, security and communications providers; analytics or advertising providers activate only with the relevant permission. A transfer from Türkiye uses an applicable mechanism under Article 9 of Law No. 6698. Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, an applicable adequacy, safeguard or derogation mechanism is used.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698 you may request information, access, purpose and recipient details, correction, deletion or destruction where conditions are met, notification to recipients, objection to exclusively automated results and compensation for unlawful processing. Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, relevant rights may also include access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent and complaint to the competent supervisory authority.
