Last updated: 27 July 2026These terms apply to purchases in Türkiye made for commercial or professional purposes. A written quotation, order confirmation, pro forma invoice and signed special agreement take priority.
Where an individual acts outside a trade or profession as a consumer, mandatory rights under Law No. 6502 and related consumer rules remain reserved.
A website request is not a binding order. Product, quantity, unit, packaging, price, VAT, payment, lead time and delivery point are confirmed in writing.
A quotation is valid only for its stated period. The contract forms after written confirmation and completion of the stated acceptance or payment conditions.
Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude VAT, freight, insurance, special packaging, analysis and third-party documents. Currency and exchange terms are shown in the quotation.
Due dates, deposits, bank charges, default and transfer of title are set out in the confirmation. Production or delivery may be suspended for overdue payment.
Lead time depends on raw material, planning, packaging, quality control and payment. Unless a fixed date is expressly guaranteed, reasonable changes will be communicated.
Delivery method, carrier, address and freight responsibility are stated in the quotation. Buyer-provided incorrect delivery details may create additional charges.
The buyer should inspect package, seal, quantity and visible damage at delivery and note carrier damage on transport records. Claims should identify the batch and include evidence without undue delay.
Unauthorised returns are not accepted. Samples, opened packaging, custom production and private-label goods are considered only for verified non-conformity or written agreement.
Obligations affected by natural disaster, epidemic, fire, strike, energy or raw-material interruption, transport restriction, authority action or similar events beyond reasonable control may be suspended.
Parties first seek a good-faith commercial solution. Unless a special agreement provides otherwise, Turkish law applies and jurisdiction is stated in the order confirmation.
